Adjusting lincoln ls shift points

So the stock shift point for the ls is 6678.50 rpm, would it hurt my car to turn it up a little? Would that increase the chance of me blowing the engine or will it just hit Rev line and then shift? Ps. I am running a 93 performance tune from Torrie

Torrie can give you a tune that will raise your shift points. My own is set at 7200.

Really, well would it hurt to adjust it to that rpm on the tuner or would he have to do it?
