does anybody knew the measurements of the bushing at the wheel end of the adjustable link.
Also has anyone tried to replace just the bushing with a poly u type?

Are you talking about the joint at the end of the toe-link, at the wheel side? That is not just a bushing. If you replaced it [somehow] with a bushing, you'd never be able to keep a good alignment as the bushing would compress under the variable load on it.
 
Yes those are the one I am talking about.

The problem is that the connection between the wheel and the toe-link has to move in two dimensions, not just one. In addition to the rotate left and right motion, there is also a tilt up and down motion. I haven't pulled one apart, but I suspect that the inner sleeve is somewhat ball shaped in the middle.
