ACblows cold only when driving

So I just changed the dccv and the hydraulic actuator because the LS was overheating. Now I have an AC that only blows cold when driving... lukewarm at a idle. Pointers
 
Need to know the low side and high side pressures while idling (AC on) to help diagnose.

Normal to high low side and high high side would likely be the fan.
Low low side and low high side would likely be low refrigerant.
Normal to high low side and low high side could be the scroll control valve.
 
Will FORScan be able to show those reading? I’m trying not to go to the shop if at all possible?

This is one of the procedures you are best opening your wallet for and having done professionally...they will fill the system with dye for no extra charge I'm sure ...this is crucial to do so that you can check for leaks with the black light ..
 
Yup. To my knowledge... not even new vehicles made in 2020, have pressure transducers to monitor A/C line pressures. It is an un-needed/unwanted expense by the maufacturers and most car owners.
