AC blower erratic speeds

So just after telling someone have had no trouble with this car in years. Had my 97 mark out this morning. This car has the best AC I have ever had in a car. But today on auto set at 68 the blower wasn't blowing on high when it should have been. then dropped to low and then off. Then back on and switching between speeds . Just all erratic. Then I put it on the manual fan. still kept changing speeds. But never went to high the hole ride. But when I got home and put it in park it jumped to high, maybe just coincidence . getting a 135, and 155 code. Any help would be appreciated.

There is a way to reset the controller by holding down on one or 2 of the buttons. I dont remember exactly how. When mine went wonky, that didn't work so I bought a used one on Ebay and everything is fine now. Make sure your temp sensor under the little vent up by the LED read out has not been messed with since that tells the board what temp is in the car.

Assume you mean the self test. Press off and floor at the same time then press auto within 2 seconds. Runs the self test and gives you any codes. Anyway was going to swap blower motor module with my other one because it was the easiest thing to try first. But easier yet, I guess the self test reset . Before swaping the module I started it up and it seem to be working fine, took it for a short ride and all good. Thanks
