Their "gut feeling" was they right hub.

ABS engages all the time but no light in the cluster. I've pulled the fuse for now so its drivable. Any idea's? Should I just try a new HIV?

Sorry, I can't find U2162 as a valid code. (Maybe it's a gen I thing?)

Abs

Was it scanned and what were the results of the scan? If you scan it the scanner will show you the values for the scan. If all sensors have the same value then it would be computer or solenoid. Please give more details.

It was scanned at the dealer. They said the voltage would dip slightly but not enough to flat line and post a code. The code that shows is to reset and test again.

Gonna try my luck with the hub and will post back.

scan

If you have a proper scanner (which ford should!) it will show the output of each wheel sensor. This will show which sensor it is. I don't understand how the ABS can be on all the time, with no light and no obvious fault.

well just an update, not sure if it helps anyone with the same code but...

It was my front right (passanger side) hub. Now i just need to fix clockspring (flash 32) and replace exhaust and sway bar.
