A whistle in my ear, 93 Mark.

I have a constant whistle from the drivers side. Starts at 55-60, cannot pin point it.
Have placed masking tape on different places, even the top left corner of the rear window, replaced the upper dor seal, adjusted the door jam inward slightly, (have not messed with the hinges) stuck some weather stripping around the door also.
Its the simple things that are hard to find. Running out of ideas.

Try this. Drive with windows down, then put the drivers side up. After its up, the passenger side.

My driver's side does NOT go all the way up if there is pressure in the cabin.

+1 for unity's idea, if that still dont fix it, try taping ALL around the door edge, then try around the window seal, usually its one of them making the noise

Will try the window sequence, and then the tape around the door edges.
I noticed this car does have tight seals, you can feel the air resistance when closing the door.

Found the source of the whistle. It is the drivers side mirror. I placed different sizes of balsa wood around the housing with masking tape. Narrowed it down to the the gap between the housing and the chrome window trim. Wedged a piece of rubber fuel line in the gap. All is good.

I also use this on hose lines to check for vac leaks it worked great to find the leak on my egr tube or to make sure your fan air is pulling the right way. If only i was 16 again and driving around town in a camaro with my friends man get rid of that stuff there is a cop behind us

Well I dont use the hose technique, I use a stick of incense. Just point and watch the smoke. And since there is not TOO much smoke, it works really well.

As for the OTHER smoke, well....

Geez, I just noticed the exact same thing happening to my 93. I'll check out the housing later.
