Ok so i have the LS with the HID low beams and would like all the front lights to match. I guess im having a difficult time decifering between what kinds of lights i need. I see fog light HID packages with the balasts and stuff, but i also see the Xenon HID bulbs that appear to just plug into the factory connectors that look like standard Halogen headlight bulbs. Now are those "blue tinted" halogen bulbs that look like HID's or are they self contained balasts? Any help is appreciated.

Halogens will not match.

You can get led bulbs or install an hid kit. I just went with the led bulbs since the low beams are bright enough for me.

a lot of ppl on here use ddm tuning kits (im not one of them, so i dont kno the quality personally)

factory hid temp is usually 4300K. get two hid kits that are 4300K. (one for fog, one for hi)

also utilize the search feature to get more info on this.

If you want your high-beams to be functional for flash-to-pass, then don't convert them to HIDs.

If you want your high-beams to put the light out far in front of the car in a useful way, then don't convert them to HIDs.

If you want your high-beams to be sure to blind on-coming drivers when you forget to dim them, then convert them to HIDs. Note that the blinded driver may crash into you.

i would also never go with HID's in the high beams, as far as matching, no body should ever see the highs on when you are passing them at night.

Thanks guys, i want to leave the functionality of the low beams and high beams the same...I am only looking to make my fogs match the factory HID low beams that came on the car.

You won't achieve a true match as most HID 4300K bulbs age, and burn closer to 5000K as time passes.

A popular choice seems to be the Hoen Xenonmatch line of bulbs, if you don't want HID fogs.
