A different wheel question (I hope)

So I was thinking about this all night, our wheels are 5x108mm, shouldnt 5x4.25in work? I was browsing online catalogs and saw that some 5x108mm wheels were listed under a 5x4.25in selection.. Any input?

it's a difrerence of the metric system buddy just like 1ft is 12inches you're just askin a difference of a variable.
