A/C low and high side pressure

Just wanting to know if anyone has the pressures for the low and high side of the A/C unit on my 86 Mark VII. I have gauges and even an evac pump, just have never worked on a R-12 system. I have R-12 availible just need to know what the pressures should be and how much oil to add to the system. Bought a repair book at the local parts store and thought this should have it and after you go to the section that says A/C it tells me to take it to a certified mechanic, thanks for information and a waste of $20.................lol. Any help would be appreciated, thanks. Gramps

no service manual

Like I had posted I don't have a service manual for this vehicle, I think I have an orfice tube plugged on it just wanted to know the pressures to make sure.
