A/C Filter replacement

How do I replace the air conditioner filter on my 02 LS Sport? Thank you

You have to pull the plastic peice in front of the windshield. the filter is in their. If you do a search there is some infor on how to change it.

Do all LS's come with this cabin filter or is it just on the V8? I do not have a "service center" computer in my car so how will I know if it is time to change the filter on my V6? Any input would be appreciated.

I never replaced mine. I have 27K on the car and my filter only had a few bugs in it. Didn't even blow dust out of it when I took the air conpresser to it. I just blew it out good and reset the the message center so I could check it out again next time.

the part number on my 03 is 2R83 18D483 AB. Mine was pretty dirty so I will replace it. If somebody comes across a good deal on these, please post it.
