Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be working lately.
Still no worky........

Same here...
I'd be interested in learning how you went about exporting it all into html for use on a web site.
I might be interested in posting the GEN I manual.
...I don't recall if the wiring diagrams or other parts of the documentation worked the same way; I only tried the service manual portion.
Sorry guys, don't know what to tell ya, it's been working fine for me, never really had any troubles with it anytime I ever sourced it.
Maybe you guys should move to Canada, we have access to the entire internet not just parts of it.
j/k

You know these shop manuals on DVD are available on eBay for 11 bucks right ?
both GEN I and II's ... gives you whole lot more content as well.
Go for it! With the dvd version I had, there was a cache or temp directory (I don't remember the details, this was several years ago) where the Ford software would place relevant html files and images while you browse the manual. The only catch is it deleted them after a short time or after you change the page. So I had to write a script to keep copying the files to some other directory or make them read-only, so they wouldn't be deleted.
Then all I had to do was click through every... single... page... in the manual to populate the cache, clean up a few links for the main page/frame definition/etc, upload to a website and voila.

Yeah, but then we couldn't get parts shipped to us...
interesting, because here, our entire country has access to the internet, not just parts of it!![]()
I have that and access to Alldata (benefit of another website).
