Hey guys I was out visiting a friend yesterday and I was using my A/C the whole way down to visit them and it was working fine. Then after a few hours I was ready to head home, I got in the car and tried to turn on the A/C and the HVAC display worked fine but I was getting no air out of the vents. I believe the blower motor is not functioning, has anyone experienced this before and where is it located so I can try to figure out what happened? I tried to check the fuses late last night and from what I can tell the blower motor fuse is still good, but I will check again this morning. Please help ASAP because we are on a heat streak this week and it was 116 degrees yesterday and should be about the same today.

the blower motor/controll module is located on the passenger side, in the dash. you should be able to get to it by releasing the glove box, and flipping it all the way down.

hmmm...I just went out to the car this morning and tried the A/C, after about 3 minutes it came on. What could cause this and is there a chance it will stop again?

Thanks a ton.

I had this problem while on vacation once in Texas - in August! Not good, it was over 100 every day I was there. Ended up paying a dealer $600 to get it fixed!! Found out when I got back that there was some quick fix for this common problem. Anyway, last week my AC started doing it again. I was on vacation again! It was in the high 90s low 100s again! I searched this forum, found this post, and 10 minutes later my AC was fine. Been fine for a week now. For $FREE$

Seriously, I can't thank you enough:yourock:
