My LS has a fair share of codes I gathered from forscan's software. They are as follows:

Errors of Interest:
  • Code: P0171 - System Too Lean Bank 1
  • Code: P0174 - System Too Lean Bank 2
  • Code: P0430 - Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2)
Additional Errors:
  • Code: B2324 - Driver Mirror Vertical Position Sensor circuit failure
  • Code: B1263 - Panel/Floor Door Circuit Failure
  • Code: B1242 - Air Flow Recirculation Door driver circuit failure
  • Code: B1875 - Turn Signal/Hazard Switch Signal circuit failure
  • Code: U1262 - SCP Data Link Fault
Overall the car drives fine with an occasional harsh shift. I would like to see my LS without a check engine light if it won't cost me the price of another used car, lol.

On the first three, my best guess is an intake air leak. If everything is working okay, those last five are just occasional glitches that come up every great once in awhile, and can often be ignored.

01V6 vacuum leak somewhere on intake manifold or vac lines around engine. check for cracks in plastic lines and rubber boots. replace any old vac lines with new stuff. it's there somewhere, i've chased this down many times until i replaced my lines with good hoses.
