is the motor any good?

to the best of my knowledge. no oil in the coolant. no coolant in the oil. it does turn over. as for running, it has a fuel pump issue i have not diagnosed yet. either pick-up is fouled or pump is in-op. My intent when i bought the car was to fix it all up, paint it (the clear peeled) and do a coyote swap. But in light of how expensive it is to make the IRS take a beating, i'm just going to............. i really don't know what i am going to do
