My struts quit working so I bought another set......On the new set I have no trouble putting the lower ball on the new one.....My problem is I CANNOT put the upper ball on.....Name of the strut is STABILUS LIFT-O-MAT..... Tried all I could think of to get it on.....NO JOY! I'm going to check other manufactures to see if there is a difference.....Any suggestions?

I just replaced mine about four years ago when I get out of the hospital I'll check the brand sticker for you, but chemo is kicking my butt right now.
Thanks for the comeback......I found the problem.....In the past I've said I will NEVER work on my car again and at the time I ment it,I still do but even more now.....Old adage says "When ALL else fails read the instructions".....Excellent saying.
