97 mark VIII $500

$500 isn't bad but it sounds slammed and there is no telling how long it's been driven while slammed. There is a guy around the corner from me that has a 95

He drives it like this daily. I could only imagine all the parts that thing is going to need if he ever fixes the air ride in it. The car has 240K. Just goes to show that people will drive them slammed or not. He lives in apartments so he can't just go out and work on it but he knows I'm just a minute away and I have offered to get it back up since I have a garage and the tools. He just doesn't care.

I was thinking it would be a great parts car. Neon and headlights would pay for the purchase.

It could even be something to fix if it hasn't been driven and is clean inside and out. Parting would pay for just like you said if the neon works, HID's work. Without actually seeing it, it's hard to tell. Might be a nice car or it could have had an owner like I have around the corner. BTW, that pic was taken a while back and I know he's been driving it like that daily for almost 2 years lol.I offered him a good trunk lid and offered to sell him a rear light bar but he didn't seem interested. I gave the trunk lid away without light bar or key lock cover.

Well, at least his wheels are on right:D

Yeah, gotta give him that. They're probably stuck there for life. Every time I see it, it looks lower and lower.

There is another one in the opposite direction around the corner a few streets over and the rear is slammed on that one. Same color combo as the one above. It's setting out in front of their house. I thought about going over there and asking if they wanna get it fixed cheap. I have two bags for it, if that's what it is. They don't drive it either. Been in the same spot now for 2 months.

^ Knock on their front door and offer them $500. See what they have to say.

There is a Black Gen1 that sit on the street near my grandmothers house for long periods of time with the back slammed. Then it will move and sit normal for a day and then back to squatted and sitting for a week or 2

Was gonna see how much he wanted for it but headlights are so yellowed I figure why bother :(

There's another 97 45 minutes from my house. I have him down to $500, but it's in such bad shape I can't see wasting my money on it. The only good part on it is a working ballast. lol
