97 Concours cylinder 5 misfire

Hey guys, I bought this 97 DeVille Concours and it had a check engine light for cylinder 5 misfire and speed sensor. Car isn't burning oil or coolant. Doesn't overheat. Still drives totally fine but it runs rough. Sounds like its running on 7 cylinders. Would getting the sparkplugs and wires resolve this issue? They look original. Car has 275,000

Also would a misfiring cylinder 5 cause bad gas mileage? It seems a bit excessive on gas. My last DeVille wasn't near this bad

Ok well it turns out it wasn't the sparkplugs or wires it was one sparkplug wire and every single coil pack lol. Fixed up now
