I might be able to get a 96 lsc for about 600 bucks.... This is where I will be getting the HIDs from. Would it be worthwhile to buy it for the hids? the body is in pretty rough shape and the driver side door panel and sear arent lookin too good... along with the front bumper and grille, which are both in rough shape. The thing is... I want to know if I bought the car that I would be able to make my money back. The only parts I would really use are the lights and the header panel.

For $600- you'll pay that much for the headlights. So, if you have the time to part it out, you'll get your headlights paid for and maybe a profit-

but how much space do you have to tear apart and store those parts until they sell?

Exactly my point. I dont want to pass this oppurtunity up. I may never be able to find a local 96 lsc again. Should I jump on it or wait? I have a HUGE barn to store the car in. I think it has around 129k with a bad tranny. I parted out a 94 and made just about every dollar of my money back. It was in worse shape than this car too. Thats why im really gettin to think about this. If people on here are interested im going to pick up the car sometime within the next week.

you shouldnt be here waiting,go get it.!!!

Go Get it before its gone! make sure its still got the hids before tho you buy it though

What color is the interior-

And as mentioned, double check on the HIDs- not all the '96 LSCs have HIDs anymore. Make sure to double check.

I agree.

If you decide to pass on it, let a friend know.:)

I'm guessing that you don't need that headlight mount anymore? It's been sitting here for a while now.

Other than clear lenses is there anything else to check whether they're hids or is that a dead give away? Its black on black. Im not too sure but I beleive it has the JBL. Im going to take a better look at it tomorrow to gather more info for you fellas. I would say that the car will be in my possesion around next friday, if not sooner. I will keep you guys updated.

Look thru the grill, and see if you can see the ballasts mounted infront of the radiator

If it has HID's when you look at the front of the car you won't have a question about it.

Just bought my 93 for $680 in Boston and drove it 3,000 miles to California two weeks later!! Not a bad deal!
