96 imrc ?

I have a check engine light that says my Imrc's are stuck open. So I removed them to clean them. There not stuck! Alittle dirty. I check to see if the controlers hold vacumme, and they do. Does anyone have any Ideas? Iam at a loss. The car has no low end torque.

When you run the engine at idle, do they close? IF so, then you prolly have a bad sensor.

I've got a set of 96 controllers. The vac pots are both shot but can be swapped for any other years vac pots... I can't remember who sent them to me tho

bad vacuum solenoid? vacuum leak? broken vacuum hose?

Thanks for the advise guys, got everything cleaned up and will be putting back together tonight and go through and checking for leaks
