94 to 98 Re-pin

the tranny is installed.... and im driving the car, im not going to drop the pan or mess with this anymore... if i buy the solenoids and have shop install them with a re-pinned harness? will i have anymore problem?!

I said you need to install new shift solenoids... you said no??

I laugh at you... simple enough I thought?

I wanted to give up but I didn't and it all worked out. You can too if you make the effort - no swap is as straightforward as it seems.

Don't puss out man!

When my car didn't drive right after working on the transmission, I had to drain the fluid, drop the pan, and yank the valve body 3 times in a night before I figured out what I did wrong. Yeah, I got pi$$ed but I got it done, it didn't cost me a dime, and now I could do it in my sleep.

With your situation it isn't even a mystery fix; you already know what needs to be done.

Drain fluid, lift car, drop pan, swap out solenoids, re-assemble and refill.
