Until a year ago, everything was fine. Then whenever the headlights came on, the digital clock quit displaying. When headlights were turned off, the clock comes back on showing the same time as when the lights were turned on. At the same time when this started occurring, the AC would not come on if the temp was above 85 OR if it did come on, it would turn off if you used anything electrical (Use turn signal or lower a window). Have had AC
system checked and replaced alternator but to no avail. I honestly believe it is an electrical (voltage) problem but don't know where to start looking. Not like the old days where you replaced the voltage regulator! HELP , PLEASE!!!!

Headlight switch?

x2. Check you headlight/ dimmer switch. There's definately something there. Also, check the fuses under the hood in the "big fuse" compartment.

This is going to be a harder issue to track down. To me it sounds like a bad ground, and the electrical system is grounding through other components. Or bad climate control and clock. This issue is going to require 94tc electrical diagrams. Does anyone have one, because without it, it is hours of multimeter time. It sounds like the ground between the clock and climate control are bad, or the parking lights in the dash have a bad ground.

When you turn the parking lights on it does this? Does everything return to normal when the parking lights are turned off? Does the climate control remain on and the compressor cut out?
