94 for $500.00

Guys,
I can buy a 94 opal with lt/grey interior no motor or trans for $500.00. Everything seams to be in good shape. What are the most needed parts that this would have on it? Would it be worth it? What is the going rate on a front clip? I know that prices very but what could I expect? I didn't realize 94 had wood grain console trim, was 93 the only year that the radio, shifter and ashtray where the color of the interior?

I bought a 94 mark VIII with a lot of little issuses, but complete with the engine and tranny for $550. I would say it depends on how nice the body and interior is.
