Question; How to remove the consul liner in a 94. Gen 2 is different. Gen 1 the liner goes in after the hinge is installed. Only screws are the 2 at the bottom. I want to remove it and not destroy anything. I'm guessing some kind of clips. Thanks TONYyyy

I believe it is screwed in from the bottom but to get to the screws you have to take the rear duct tube out which means drilling the rivets out then I believe you will have access to the screws. I was just looking at taking mine apart (93) but decided against it. I was dying the center pieces and didn't want to tape everything but I went that way anyways.

When I took apart a 95 in the yard I agree with the above, have to semi-split the entire console to get the tube out of the way to get to the screws, with the console out of the car.

I didn't want to trash the console and I also wanted to know how to do it non destructively, if it was a part on a Crown Vic I don't go crazy with saving stuff like that if I am not getting it for myself.
