just got a super clean 93 markV111,and the only issue is when started when you give a little throttle it hesitates and want to die... if you give alot of throttle it goes fine...problem seems to go away the more you drive it and it warms up...I bought this for my kids first car and want to fix it right.... Any ideas were I start to troubleshoot........THANKS

Do a full tune up, plugs, wires, O2's, etc... then if there is still a hesitation we can begin a diagnosis.

Yes, do a tune up, and also check the vac lines. After that's all done then reset the computer and see how it runs.

Whats the mileage?

120k....This thing is great.. No rust almost perfect interior no leaks or suspension problems... I found it on craigs list for 2300 and gave 2000...The guy is a seller for a new car dealer in Omaha......I didnt check the value of these but it was so clean I had to have.

I have the same issue, but only when my chip is installed. After talking it seems it may be the MAF. Its a sensor right behind the filter. Like you mine goes away after its warmed up just a little. That usually rules out vac leaks, etc.

I have a reader and some stuff coming so I can know for sure. Also have a new MAF to pick up in the morning that I will install later.
