89 cougar xr7 swaybar

i just picked up some front and rear sway bars from a 1989 mercury cougar xr7 with a 3.8L super charged v6(same as super coupe).

And was wondering if these bars are are the same size as the 1989 SC sway bars. Just wondering cause i heard that these front and rear bars are a great upgrade for my mark.

I plan on putting the bars on tommorow!!!!

Maybe I should just measure them. Am I correct in assuming the 89 supercoue swaybar Is 1.2" in diameter?

that's for the front the rear is 1.10"

Ok maybe I didnt ask My question correctly. Is the 89 xr7 swaybar the same size As the 89 sc swaybar?

Yes 89-90 xr7 are 100% the same suspension

Also, does anybody know the stock size of swaybar for front and rear for a 93 mark?

I'm not sure about the size but yeah u will feel the difference I just switch to springs.....I git the front and rear suspension off of a 95 supercoupe and ill tell u wut in the mountains I gain speed around the corners now on bald tires.... no understear even if I tried
