5.4 32valve

The Boss 5.0 is nice because of the larger bore but I would think sticking with a aluminum block for the Lincoln would be best.I like the idea for a Boss block for something that came from the factory with a iron 4.6.Like a Mustang or a Crown Vic.

How much does it cost for a big bore for a Teksid block these days?

the new Boss 5.0 you mean? if so, that is all aluminum.
 
i've seen a pic of a mark with what i thought was a lightning motor in it{I think Geno had it in a front spoiler thread for a while}. I've always heard that the 5.4 dohc hit the strut towers though.
