435 HP mks...

Pretty sweet but still FWD and v6.

I want a v8, rwd animal

oh ok. The awd I can deal with, but not the v6, even if it is an ecoboost

Why not??

These new engines are putting some V8's to shame.

That ecoboost makes the jag v8 look weak.

I guess you can say that, but v6's just dont sound like a v8. Like the G37, amazing car, my friend has one. It has 330 hp from a v6 and that little thing takes off! Still though, I dont think I could own it cause of it's v6. I can't buy a car and not mess with it and having a v6 just wouldn't do it for me, even if it's a 400hp v6. V8 or go home, or v10 :D

Thats just on me though, I think it's a great car, I'll admire it, look at it, maybe drive it, but I dont think I would own/mod one

damn car still looks like it was made for 68yrs too huge like my ls better but wish it had more power

Might as well go home, then...driving a V8 car with less performance, worse fuel economy, and less aftermarket. :p There are a ton of cars out there with smaller engines getting it done these days.

thats because the eco-boost engine will be in almost everything across the ford line, thusly more aftermarket. I love my LS to death but the new lincoln lineup is downright ugly. seeing this car in person? its massive!! a terrible case of model bloat. no shanks. I'll take my sleek wanna-be euro sedan.

Torrie has his Eco-boost SHO in the 12s now - with nothing more than tuning.

I agree.

I like the interior of them, but thats about it.

I picked a 2006 LS over a 2006 Zephyr with less mileage.

cylinder count doesn't mean sh!t, most of the fastest cars that i have driven have been 6's like a blown M3, 700hp TT Supra, and a 450hp blown G35. hell a couple have been even been 4's, 400hp mazda speed 6, 420hp neon SRT4, and a 470hp EVO (11.5 @ 119)

believe it or not, there actually is a replacement for displacement, its called PSI

i would take a 400hp+ 4 cylinder in an LS any day of the week, and you better believe I'd take an ecoboost V6 in one too!

not to mention getting better handling because of getting more weight out of the car and off of the front axle

Everyone has their own taste. I wouldn't own a 420hp srt4 or a tt supra, cool to check out and admire the work put in it but it's not for me. I like to eat rice but not drive it :).

I get what you're trying to say 1LoudLS, those little 4's can be made into crazy fast cars but thats not for everyone. If it was, ppl would just buy a ten year old civic and drop 30k on it to make it fast instead of spending 40k on a new car.

I would rather spend less on a '11 mustang, get a smaller car, starts with more HP than the ecoboost starts with, will have many more mods available, and finally, is rear wheel drive. I know, I know, it is a live rear axle, but Ford seams to be able to get the job done, nevertheless.

Not sure if that's the same one from Livernois Motrosports in MI, runs a 12.8 then 12.7

is that a black one? i've seen a black SHO at milan twice this year running in the high 12's.

Yeah that's it. Not sure who Torrie is but if he lives around Dearborn Heights it's probaly his car.
