can anyone help me install or tell me how to run 4/0 gauge power cable from the battery to the trunk the vehicle is a 1997 mark viii ..... i have done it before but that was 8/o gauge in a 1994 but i want more power this time.

There are a few grommets sealed up in the firewall. Find one of those, and trim it for the wire. From there, you should be able to run it through the sill panels and into the trunk as normal. It fit great on the passenger wide of my '94.

If there is room there. I recall there being a lot more room on the pass side, and I think that is also where I found the easiest grommet to get to.
