Factory Five is a quality shop. Helped a buddy to do one of their Cobra kits. I was very impressed.

A local guy has a Cobra from them and is building a second one with his son...

The funny thing is he puts around town driving it like a grandpa... silly.

yeah they build a very nice kit that has a very good suspension set up i have always wanted to build my own car and i was going to build the daytona coupe (check the site for type 65) but then they came out with the hot rod and i fell in love oh and a steel body coupe like this (they make them in dayton ohio) is like 24000 just for the body this kit you get everything but engine tranny wheels tires battery and fuel pump if i remember correctly they say after everything is said and done you pay like 35000 and i dont know where you can get a car that is brand new that looks like a classic and out performs a porche with an engine from a lincoln mark viii

i shipped a crate with 6 irs's from mark VIII's i had to factory five 3 years ago, they contacted me about rear end parts next thing i know i sent them 6 complete IRS's. never heard from them again!

i would love to get a 64 falcon sprint with a 289 HiPo and a 4spd manual such a nice car....:) yeah when i was looking at the mark its what i wanted it for that exact car lol plus i cant resist having a nice powerful v-8 (its all i own... i dont care about being green give me my v-8 and rear wheel drive)

Damn those fish tails are sweet!

They would look better on my 53 Chevy than on the Mark though....

I have had so many people contact me about the Mark IRS for their hot rod/street rod/kustom/proect/lowrider/mini truck/etc...

I've quoted every person that asks me $200 for the whole deal and never have heard back from anyone...
