3 TPS Codes After Coil Job

Recently did my plugs, coils and vcg's on my 04 3.0, car runs very nicely with now misfires but I got 3 TPS/APP codes now, p2100, p0223, p0122. Eveything is connected and didnt have these codes beforehand. Would spraying the TB help? Maybe it got a little jammed from sitting? I really would hate to think I got a defective coil

Probable Possible causes:
1. Bad (marginal) coil(s).
2. Spark plug gap(s) over/under 1mm.
3. Incorrectly seated coil(s).
4. Connector(s) to coil(s) not fully seated and latched.
5. Throttle body electrical connectors not fully seated and latched.

Connected everything, plugs were just right and I have no misfire.. Can the TPS set off a code for the APP?
