250 amp Iraggi H/O alt FS

I have a hi output alt for the 3.9 lincoln LS, had it on my car also took it to my friend who owns an alt rebuilding place he put a few more things in it made it a little more heavy duty the iraggi did, so it can take more of a beating, does about 210 amps at idle and almost 260 at 2500 rpms. So most you know i sold my LS and have had this thing just sitting around not looking to make any money here just looking to help someone out with a great cheap alt brand new its 500 dollars ill take

What should I expect when I get ready to install this? Any special tools or tips? Did you upgrade the big 3? How did you do it?
