I'm running P245/50HR16's on my '96 and it is sensor lowered about an inch. The speedometer is off about 1mph so that's not too bad. And it looks and handles a lot better.
245/45/16 tires?

I think that if i dont get my new wheels I want a wider tire on there at least, which is the best size?

I just picked up some 245/50/16... can't wait to put them on. Going on tomorrow...

I had 245/50 16's and they were OK. I went back to the stock size recently for money reasons, but if I wanted a beefier tire on a stock wheel I would recommend 255/50. The 245 seemed just a tad bit small when I looked at it sometimes.

245/50/16s are a little small and look a bit "off" on a large car like this.
255/50/16s are what I have on the rear and if you look you can tell it's smaller than the stock tires in the front, don't look too bad but you can tell.
245/45/16 would just be too small IMO.
I'd reccomend 245/55/16s or 255/50/16s, the former being stock diameter (well almost,) the latter being the widest you can safely fit on a stock wheel.

255/50s look much better than 245/50s. 245/50s look lost in the wheel wells.
