Hey guys just bought a 02 ls and man im loving it. Im thinking of gettin 20's, i heard the ride is not that bad actually. I rided in my buddy's 03 and he has 20's and i didn't notice anything bad and we had 5 ppl in the car, well unless we hit a bump it rubbed. What you think of 20's do i gotta do any mods or it fits fine, my buddy told me you don't gotta do anything.

20s fit fine, just make sure you get em in 20x8.5 with 40 and more offset. You need 245/35/20 tires.

i have a 20`s x 7.5 with a +48mm offset 245/35/20 tires. no rubbing issues at all with 2 persons weighing about 200 , one weighing 135 and a kid plus myself. my rear wheels were pretty much tucked that day. i loved to look :-D i think imma go pick them up again whenever i wanna lower my car 2 inches. forget the lowering springs haha. lemme stop.. but i have full driving capabilities with those dimensions listed above.

yup. positive. the 8.5`s came in a +35 mm offset which had a great potential of rubbing. everyone local was telling me to go 235 on the tires but i tried the 245`s because i thought it would make them look a little wider, and it did.
I got a 2000 LS v8 w/ 20x8.5 and no rub. One time with five head in the whip I went over a dip in the road and it bottomed out but other than that night even with five heads still no rub. THis was a serious dip around where I live so don't be distracted by it. I need to get my pics up...I got a 3.5" lip with a high offset. They are called Driv MVP's check them out, you won't be dissappointed.
