i get the feeling this guy is looking for pictures so that he can post a bs ad on craigslist trying to rip somebody off.

I just like 2006 Lincoln LS because I love this car and I'm going to buy one as soon as possible.
But I don't know why this car is really expensive while it is old model.

Can anyone tell what the best thing thing of this car and what is the bad thing of it?
What is the bad conditions of it?
What is the good conditions of it?

Welcome to the US!

As for the price of the car it is very relative. Currently, you can get a Lincoln LS for a very good deal. If the 2006 is too much for you do some more searching and find a low mileage 2005, or older for that matter.

There are essentially two different LSs. The Gen1 and the Gen2. Gen1 is the 2000 and 2001. I believe Gen2 started in 2002 (I'm sure I will be harshly corrected if I am wrong). The main differences are slight variations in the body. Most noticeably on the tail end. The Gen2 utilizes drive by wire instead of a throttle cable. Gen2 also has more HP and a different layout of the intake and throttle body.

Common issues are COPs failing due to leaky valve gaskets, Clocksprings, Ball Joints, window regulators (on older models) and a few other minor items.

Do some looking around on this forum at older threads and you will see that we've covered almost everything that you can think of.

I thought that was just a given. some peoples kids.

As for Spring Season. I dont know what your looking at spending but if I was in your position find an 06, they can be located now for under 15 k or less and most will still have warrantes. an 05 is easy to come by also and still might have warrantee but its got to be getting close. good luck and at least you picked a nice car.

Your right, you can buy a brand new car for $20,000

but that car will not have the features and amenities that the LS will have. Your getting a great luxury sedan for $20,000 its quite a deal if you ask me since that LS was probably over $40,000 brand new. The LS's depreciation is good and bad. Good if you intend to keep the car for a while.

I hope you understand what I'm saying.. You get alot of car for your money.
 
I just pickd up an 06 just over a month ago. The dealers wanted around $20k but you can talk them down a few thousand and negotiate a warrenty.

Go ahead and post it.:) I don't care. I just am tired of businesses using pictures without consent. To sell crap without giving me anything in return. After all, its my time, money, and work put into the LS. Not thiers. I am sure you guys understand.:)
