2006 Lincoln LS How do you remove the valve cover Gaskets?

Just wanted to know if you have the workshop guide for changing the valve cover gaskets. I know that they are not all that hard to change on the one left side but not so sure about the right side. And also wanted to make sure of the torque that is required when going back in. Thanks in advance.

Sorry I thought the one you had sent me before was the electronics section sorry I was wrong about that. But if I am having to replace the valve covers would this not also be a good time to replace the secondary upper timing chain Tensioner's since they are right there? The car has 240K miles on it.
