Well, a new car could well be your best bet, but it would be cheaper to replace the EGR valve on the one you have.

On a serious note... I have never seen a customer rebuildable EGR valve in the last 35+ years.

Okay you got me Joe I will be more specific next time ...I meant buy a new EGR Valve... This would be the correct part right?
