Well, a new car could well be your best bet, but it would be cheaper to replace the EGR valve on the one you have.

On a serious note... I have never seen a customer rebuildable EGR valve in the last 35+ years.

I will be more specific next time ...I meant buy a new EGR Valve... This would be the correct part right?

I also ordered this part after finding a a different post where you suggest replacing it when replacing the EGR

Connector - Ford (3W4Z-9E498-BA)

That should be the right parts for a Gen 2.
