Hello and that you for allowing me to join your site / forum. My name is Adam I am from Erie, PA. I bought a 2006 LS off co part that honestly needed a front bumper cover and ac condensor. I replaced all of this the ac is charged properly. The far left vent it cool the left center is warm and the right center and far right are HOT. I ran the diagnose on the climate control and got a 27 98 code. Please help me to understand. THe DCCV is up by the radiator I have seen it. Is there a fuse for this? How does it work. What can be my issues at this stage. What are your suggestions its super hot please help

Yes, there's a fuse. It is in the under hood fuse box. It's not blown, or you would be getting a code for the driver's side too, and the AC clutch wouldn't engage.
This is a super common problem. Search this site.
It's 99.9% certain to be your DCCV. When you replace the DCCV, be sure to get the Motorcraft one. The parts store valves (including the lifetime warranty one) do good to last a month.
