2005 LS Lower Driver Seat Upholstery Wear & Tear

I have the heated / cooling seat cushions. The perforations have started having some pretty bad wear & tear. Is it possible to get just the bottom seat cover replaced? Anyone know of any reputable dealers / shops for this??

For the oem seat cover for my 06 tan interior, I was quoted around 400 dls. You can get a used one for cheaper. When my car got broken into the insurance company found a used one for 310.
