2005 Lincoln LS Thinking about Purchasing

I posted once but do not see it.

I was looking at a 2006 LS. The owner kept ignoring me so I gave up. Everybody on here told me the 2006 had the least amount of problems, 2nd generation. I found a 2005, identical outside. It's beautiful. Is there problems with the 2005 that the 2006 does not have? Should I hold out and wait on a 2006. This also has 33,000 less miles. The 2006 had 110k this hd 77k. It is an Ultra. Is that top of the line? I noticed in the pics the dash is does not have wood and the stick for the gear is leather instead of wood. What is that, the Ultra?

as i know the 2005 lse is identical to the 2006 ls model they have same evrything so if you love it take it,,also about the coils 2005 has extended warenty and 2006 no coz ford was thinkin that they resolve the problem.
take it and love it it s a wonderful car,,.this is my baby
