2005 Freestar with wheelchair lift

Was my Father-in-Law's vehicle who passed away in January, always garaged, immaculate in and out, has auto, air, tinted windows, remote opener, cruise, Pa inspection until May 2011, runs and looks perfect with only 21,000 miles. Asking $11,750 if it goes with the wheelchair lift and $10,400 without the lift and the third row seat installed. I will work with an LvC member on delivery. Located in SE Pennsylvania between Pottstown and Philadelphia. Here are images:

I am still looking to sell this for my wife's Mom, I will remove the lift and install the third row seat, goes for $10,000-it has a 3.9 V-6, 21,000 miles, and really is in showroom condition. thanks
