Just a quick question here. My lightbulb on the bottom of my passenger side mirror is burned out on my '03 LS. Just wanted to know if there is a certain way I should remove the housing other than using a flathead screwdriver to pop it out. Cuz I'd prefer not to break anything. Thanks guys !!

Oh and I'm only making this stupid thread because I couldn't find any info on google etc.

Okay so after doing some research with the correct terminology.. (puddle light), I've come to find that I can't get a new bulb? I have to order a new puddle light assembly? Maybe I'm wrong but I didn't see any puddle light bulb replacements, just complete puddle light assemblys.

So..... I read and read about removing the puddle lamps and replacing the bulbs. HOWEVER, what I need is the part number for the actual puddle lamp. I've searched and searched and can't find the lamp assembly. Is it even available without purchasing the entire mirror assembly? The passenger lamp on my wife's '06 is falling out. Somehow the tab has broken.

I'm not positive about the first two digits, but the rest is 1Z-13B375-AA according to FordParts Giant.
Ford's parts site just gives it as 13B374 (but you have to enter your VIN to get the right one as this part number is different lights for different cars) @ $32.

THANKS, Joe. I scoured that site and (and TASCA) and couldn't find it. I DO have problems figuring out how Ford names their parts. So, Joe....... what's your secret??
