2002 LS V8 When the AC is on Auto 60.The pasenger side starts to blow warm air after about 20 mins ? ?

It is more that likely your DCCV. Do a search on that. It should be a little more helpful than just do a search.

Our car did this for the very first time this last weekend. Shut the car off, restarted it, and it's been fine since. But I know it's more than likely ready for a DCCV. I'm looking forward to replacing that like a prostate exam....

I've also found that running the temp all the way up to 90 then all the way back down to 60 seems to resolve this. (You don't have to leave it there for any time, just up, then back down.) Another member on the board suggested this.

Now, the problem still exists, (as they said, probably the DCCV) but this will alleviate the symptom temporarily so your passenger doesn't burn up! I've found this a bit easier than turning the car off, then back on, which also worked for me.
