2002 Lincoln LS rear sway bar bushings

The rear sway bar bushings are on top of the frame in the rear. Passenger side can be done through wheel well using a socket and ratchet and pry bars. Swapping the bushing is a pain and has to be forced.

Driver side cannot be done without lowering the frame
 
Hi, you may have to look into removing the top ball joints on one side for frt & rear sway bar swap. With the spindles out of the way, you can slowly snake the bars out. On the rear bay removal, you might want to get a 1" hole saw above each bolt to access with a swivel on the socket with a 8-10 extention. These bolts are almost inaccessible in a reasonable effort & time.
Order some 1" rubber/plastic hole covers/plugs to seal.
