hello everybody I'm new in this forum. I'm thinking in getting a 2001 with 41,000 or a 2002 with 43,500. which one should i get the 2002 is only $1,000 more than the 2001. it is any difference between this two years? whta the 2002 have that the 2001 have?

I say 2002, some stuff was redesigned to work better and be more accomodating. Especially the drink holders, they suck on the 2000-2001. They don't hold anything. There are others that I can't remember.

WARRANTY! The mileage would dictate that you get the 01 but as far as the aging factor I'd go with the 02 since the difference in miles is so small. You are looking at some point in 2006 when the 02 expires.

The cup holders are the same on the 2001 and 2002. One major item that is different in the 2001 and 2002 is an UN-advertised increase in HP that year. Lincoln didn't make it public but there is a small increase in HP in the 2002 LS's. I don't know the exact number but there was a difference.
