2001 losing fuel pressure

Well changed all 8 injectors and fuel pressure sensor and still have the problem. I guess i can just think of it as anti-theft device. If you dont know to cycle the key a few times, it wont fire. Pressure drops down into the mid 20's after setting. Have to cycle it twice to get 35 psi for it to start. Weird thing is fuel pump only primes for about 2 seconds with each key cycle.

I think you have a leak inside the tank at one of the pump assemblies.
