2001 lincoln ls v8 running too lean

Options..

Replace fuel filter
Check voltage going to fuel pump
Remove injectors and send them out for flow testing and cleaning. I use RC Injectors
Pull valve covers and make sure that the exhaust cam hasn't skipped a tooth or two.

lean code?

If you're getting the lean code then you most likely have a vacuum leak. The code says something like "bank 1 or 2 lean",

In the 2001 V6 its the PCV valve elbow or boot on the PCV vacuum line that splits open

i will scan the car agian and put the codes here and see if any one had that before

the two codes i got are P0301 and the other is P0430

Neither of those indicate lean mixture. You have a clear misfire on cylinder 1. You very probably have marginal misfires on most of the rest of them. This has caused problems for your catalytic converters (the other code).
You need to replace all of you coils and all of your spark plugs. There are many posts on this board about it.
