Have a 2000 pres ser TC approx 52,000 mi., after rain or times of high moisture, car is usually in garage, and when I go to start it , it fires right up but won't idle need to feather throttle for about 10 min and then it's fine for the rest of day, it will idle fine and usually be fine until the next time I start it after or in rain days. Does anyone know what might cause this?

Bad spark plug boots. Cracked or worn, letting moisture into the plug head. I'd check those boots first.
IAC (Idle Air Control) valve maybe gummed up. Cheap to replace.
Start there and then report back.

The IAC (Idle Air Control), is usually cleanable. On Mustangs, they often collect all kinds of carbon and crud in there. All you gotta do, is take it off, spray it inside with Carb Cleaner. You will see all this black crap run out. It will idle awesome after. Provided your plugs are good. It's good to do when you tune the car up.
