2000 ls passenger side window stuck down

last night my passenger window started rattling then just finally wouldnt go back up. i took of my door panel and found that the white plastic clip that cushions the bottom of the window was broke. do they sell these clips separetely or do i have to buy the whole bracket. or if any has one for sale i would appreciate it. thanks

sounds like a window regulator and i think you can get just the one part. i've never done it myself but i've seen a lot of posts about members with this problem

Yeah, I had the exact same thing happen on my 04. You have to buy the entire regulator. If you want to do it yourself, it'll save you about 200 bucks in service charges if the dealer does it. The regulator itself is 85 ish and it isn't incredibly difficult to replace...

Not a hard DIY job. Took me about an hour. there is a pin that connects the regulator and the glass which can be a bitch to get in and out, because it is tight, you can push it out with a small screwdriver or hook of some type. check the plastic pin for alignment as it may have to be positioned just so to put it back in.
