2000 ls high idle wont shift

My 2000 v8 has a high idle about 3000 and won't shift while in drive. Started last night and then kicked off this morning. Code is p1121, I cleaned the maf sensor really well about 5k miles ago or so and haven't oiled the k&n for a while. I also replaced the tps at about the same time. Any ideas? Car has about 114 k on it. Thanks

The code suggests a sticky TPS. What type/brand TPS did you install? New? Junk/salvage yard?

My plan is to clean the maf and test the tps and swap it with another one I have. Any other suggestions? It stopped for a few miles then started doing it again.
